- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate information when registering
- Organisation administrators are responsible for managing their team members
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI system
- Use the service for any purpose other than sales training
- Share or distribute proprietary AI model data
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation
- Reverse-engineer the AI prompt system
5. AI-Generated Content
All responses from Jim are generated by artificial intelligence. They are designed for training purposes and should not be taken as real business commitments, legal advice, or factual statements. Scores and analytics are approximations intended to guide improvement.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of Sales Jim is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing described therein.
7. Intellectual Property
The Sales Jim platform, including its AI models, prompt systems, and scoring frameworks, is protected by copyright. Your simulation data belongs to you, but the underlying system and its outputs are the intellectual property of the project maintainers.
