Privacy Policy
1. What We Collect
When you use Sales Jim, we collect:
- Account information: Email address, display name, and hashed password (if you create an account)
- Simulation data: Call transcripts, analytics scores, and feedback annotations generated during training sessions
- Voice data: If you use voice mode, audio is processed in-browser via the Web Speech API for speech-to-text. Text-to-speech audio is generated by ElevenLabs and streamed — we do not store voice recordings
- Usage data: Call counts, ELO ratings, session metadata
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the sales training simulation
- To generate analytics and performance scores
- To train and improve the AI buyer persona (Jim)
- To display leaderboards and team analytics (for organisation accounts)
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Sales Jim:
- Anthropic (Claude API): Processes conversation text to generate Jim's responses and analytics. Subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy
- ElevenLabs: Generates text-to-speech audio for voice mode. Subject to ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy
4. Data Storage & Security
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
- Authentication uses JWT tokens
- All API endpoints are rate-limited
- Security headers are enforced via Helmet
- Data is stored locally on the server — not in third-party cloud databases
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Export your data (available via your account settings)
- Delete your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Anonymous Quick Call sessions are retained for training purposes but contain no personally identifiable information.
